I have Hypothyroid, just did more blood work and my tpo ab level was 578.6! What does this mean? - hypothyroid more condition_symptoms

I was diagnosed with Hypo 2 months ago and I am taking levothyroxine, but lately I feel worse and the doc sent me for blood tests and my test-TPO AB is assumed to 5.6 and in the 500's! What does this mean? Why not contact me about this, I feel terrible and drugs do not work!
